We offer Conlon (two-row malting barley) with its fibrous and protective outer hull intact for home malting and sprouting (if you mill at home, keep in mind that you will need to sift your flour to remove the hull). Note: We do not recommend folks eat this as a whole grain due to the fibrous outer hull, instead we’d recommend our hull-less barley for everything from salads to soups.
